Cancel & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

Since all items at Daisyshinprint are made-to-order, cancellation is only possible before production begins.

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as production has not yet started.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
  • If approved before production starts, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Once production has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled. It may still qualify for an exchange (see below) if it arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

At Daisyshinprint, all of our products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference in color or design.

When We Offer an Exchange

We will exchange or replace an item, free of charge, only if:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged
  • The item received is materially different from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong size, or wrong product due to our error)

When We Do Not Offer an Exchange

  • Change of mind after placing an order
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or design (please double-check your selection before checkout)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Request an Exchange

Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item and its packaging

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund instead.

Return Shipping

For approved exchanges due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Daisyshinprint covers all return shipping costs.
